Refund and Exchange policy

  1. We deliver an open package so that you can check your order while the courier awaits. If the items are not suitable, you can return them and pay only the delivery fees
  2. If you want to return/exchange the items after receiving the package, your items should meet the following criteria:
    • Purchased within 3 days.
    • In original condition (unwashed, unworn).
    • For exchanges, you have to pay the delivery fees.
