Refund and Exchange Policy*  

1. We deliver an open package so you can check your order while the courier awaits. If the items are not suitable, you can return the WHOLE order on the spot—neatly folded and returned in the same condition you received them, and WITHOUT paying the delivery fees.  

2.Partial returns are not allowed at the time of delivery. You must receive the full order first, and if you wish to return or exchange specific items, you can submit a request afterward with additional shipping fees. 

3. If you’d like to return or exchange items after receiving the package, please ensure they meet the following criteria:  
   • Purchased within 3 days.  
   • In original condition (unwashed, unworn).  
    •All items are neatly folded and returned             
     in the same condition you received them.
